1. Participate in the evaluation of new product design and modification of various stages of validation, and undertake the work related to the introduction of new products into mass production.
2. Responsible for the design of new product process, develop and optimize process flow charts and work instructions.
3. monitor the production line process implementation, responsible for production site abnormality analysis, improvement (including customer complaints).
4. Carry out lean optimization, responsible for the formulation of product standard working hours and production efficiency improvement.
5. BOM maintenance and introduction of production auxiliary materials, BOM optimization and cost reduction, design and requisition of jigs and fixtures.
6. Pre-employment process knowledge promotion and training for new employees.

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, material science, electrical automation and other related majors.
2. 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing industry, familiar with core processes such as stamping/welding/powder coating/assembly/motor winding and embedding, and experience in new product introduction. Experience in home appliance industry is preferred.
3. Skilled in using CAD/SolidWorks to draw process drawings.
4. conscientious and responsible, with good sense of responsibility, able to complete all tasks on time and accurately as explained by superiors.
