Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the scheme and structure design of hoovers, air compressors, industrial fans, motors, pumps, heaters and other products, independently complete the 3D modelling and 2D drawing as well as design verification.
2.Responsible for sampling, loading and testing of prototypes at the design stage, as well as solving technical problems at the trial production stage.
3.Responsible for working with production, quality and purchasing teams to ensure manufacturability (DFM) and cost effectiveness.
4.Responsible for optimising suction efficiency, noise reduction and energy consumption through performance simulation of the product.
5.Prepare design specifications, BOM and technical data according to industry standards.
6.Support intellectual property work including patent filing and providing technical documentation.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechanical design, mechatronics, industrial design and other related majors.
2.2 years or more experience in home appliance R&D. (Experience in product development of hoover, air compressor, fan is preferred)
3.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Pro/E, in-depth understanding of plastic/metal materials and manufacturing process.
4.Familiar with motor, fan, pneumatic system and household appliance testing standards. (UL 1017, UL 1450, UL 507, etc.)
5.Conscientious and responsible with high sense of responsibility and strong execution ability.
