1. Coordinate with colleagues from the customer development department to receive and organize customer orders, and promptly enter them into the ERP order system to ensure timely order receipt and entry into the company's system.
2. Arrange for order reviews or communicate with production planning personnel of the corresponding product lines to schedule production, and provide the production start time and estimated shipping date.
3. If there are customization requirements for mass-produced products, communicate with the project department to follow up on the customization project until the product is successfully shipped and delivered.
4. Conduct regular finished goods inventory counts to ensure that the quantity ordered by JND matches the physical inventory.
5. Communicate periodically with production planning and quality personnel to gradually improve the on-time delivery rate of orders and the pass rate of finished goods quality.
6. Assist shipping and logistics in completing order deliveries to achieve the monthly order delivery rate targets.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major is not limited.
2. Over 1 year of experience in sales support positions, familiar with the sales order processing workflow.
3. Proficient in the operation and use of the SAP system to meet the work demands of timely order processing.
4. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, as well as fluent in Mandarin.
5. Diligent and responsible, skilled in cross-departmental communication; proactive in identifying and solving problems to continuously improve work performance.
