Job Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the entire process from order signing to delivery, supervise the production department to schedule production according to customer requirements, coordinate with the logistics team to optimize cross-border transportation, monitor delivery exceptions, lead the development of contingency plans, and reduce customer claim risks.
2. Establish a customer credit evaluation system, set accounts receivable terms, monitor invoicing and collection progress, regularly analyze collection data, and develop collection strategies for overdue customers to ensure a healthy cash flow.
3. Build a customer service system, handle customer complaints, and drive the technical team to improve product design.
4. Assemble a sales support team, set performance indicators, and enhance the team's negotiation and supply chain coordination skills through training.
5. Innovate and optimize sales processes, provide market insights for product development through analysis of sales data.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to majors in International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Manufacturing, or related fields.
2. Over 10 years of sales management experience in manufacturing, with more than 5 years of team management experience, including at least 3 years of sales experience with large North American retailers, preferably in home appliances and tools.
3. Proficient in international trade processes, supply chain management, and cross-border logistics solutions.
4. Familiar with manufacturing production scheduling logic, capable of coordinating production, warehousing, and logistics departments to handle urgent orders. Possess cost awareness to optimize logistics solutions and reduce delivery costs.
5. Excellent cross-departmental coordination and department management skills, with the ability to maintain team morale under high pressure.
6. Fluent in both English and Chinese.
