Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop the corporate IT strategy in line with the company's overall strategy. Design the enterprise-level IT architecture to integrate systems such as ERP, MES, and PLM, achieving seamless data flow across all business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
2. Take responsibility for the selection, implementation, and secondary development of systems (e.g., ERP, MES) to ensure their stable operation and alignment with production requirements.
3. Lead the full lifecycle management of IT projects, controlling project progress and risks.
4. Establish a data governance system and information security framework, deploying measures such as firewalls and data encryption. Develop ITIL/COBIT standard processes to optimize IT service management, ensuring high system availability and disaster recovery capabilities.
5. Collaborate with production, supply chain, R&D, and other departments to empower business decision-making through technology, improve business processes, and address pain points in production and operations.
6. Build and develop the IT team, promote agile development and technological innovation, and enhance the team's technical capabilities.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer-related fields.
2. Over 10 years of experience in manufacturing informatization, with more than 5 years in IT management roles within manufacturing companies. Preference given to those who have led the implementation of smart factory and Industry 4.0 projects, and those with experience in the home appliance industry.
3. Proficient in systems such as SAP, MES, and PLM, with capabilities in secondary development, system optimization, and system integration.
4. Familiar with corporate informatization governance methods, possessing strong strategic thinking and cross-departmental coordination skills, and able to adapt to a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment.
5. Fluent in both English and Chinese.
