Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop mid-to-long-term product technology roadmaps and innovation strategies, focusing on core products such as home air compressors, wet-and-dry vacuum cleaners, industrial fans, and water pumps, to drive product iteration and upgrades.
2. Collaborate with the marketing department to transform customer needs into actionable insights and deliver technical feasibility reports.
3. Lead the entire new product development process, organizing and guiding sub-teams in R&D, design, and electronics to conduct new product research and development, prototype testing, performance evaluation, and mass production introduction.
4. Establish core technology barriers by organizing patent circumvention design and creative patent applications.
5. Develop R&D processes and key performance indicators, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge accumulation.
6. Manage the R&D budget, review project input-output ratios, and regularly report technical progress and risks to senior management.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical design, electrical engineering, automation, or related fields, with preference given to those with a master's or doctoral degree.
2. Over 10 years of experience in power tool R&D, with more than 5 years in R&D management roles, and having led the successful mass production of at least 3 home appliance or power tool products.
3. Familiar with the design principles and manufacturing processes of compressors, fans, water pumps, and pneumatic systems, proficient in simulation analysis and product design tools, with preference given to those with experience in intelligent function development.
4. Knowledgeable in the APQP development process and familiar with certification processes and standard requirements in the North American market.
5. Excellent project management, department management, cross-departmental coordination, and supplier management skills.
6. Fluent in both English and Chinese.
